Industrial doors are moving machines. Like a forklift or a compressor, they last longer and break down less when they are serviced regularly. Our planned maintenance keeps your doors running smoothly and helps you budget instead of paying for emergency call-outs.

Scheduled visits
Quarterly, bi-annual or annual servicing depending on how hard your doors work.
Full inspection
Springs, curtain, guides, bearings, fixings, seals, motors, limits and safety devices.
Lubricate and adjust
Moving parts lubricated, springs balanced and limits set.
Written report
A short report per door with any parts that need attention soon.

Ideal for multi-door sites

Warehouses, logistics hubs, shopping centres and industrial parks with many doors benefit most. One plan covers all your doors and one contact handles every issue.

Safety

Worn springs, loose fixings and faulty safety edges are hazards to staff. Regular inspection identifies them before they cause an incident.

Safety & compliance

Powered industrial doors are machinery in the workplace, and employers have duties under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. See the Department of Employment and Labour for the Act and regulations. Regular inspection and servicing help you meet those duties and keep staff safe.
